Return Window & Condition

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.
• Final-sale, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email info@owalife.shop with your order number and issue description. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless due to our error or a defective item.
